Because Florida BRED Lifestyle products are made to order specifically after your purchase is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size or color selection. Please review all product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to receive exactly what you ordered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at jtex5257@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue. We will review the claim and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Please do not send any product back unless you have first contacted us and received return instructions.
Sizing and Customer Selection
Because each item is produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges because the wrong size, color, or product was selected by the customer. Please review the available size chart before ordering.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Orders that cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided may not qualify for a refund or free replacement.
Cancellations
Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. Because products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production has begun. Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with an order.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
